The events industry has forever changed in a world affected by COVID-19. The health and safety of our guests, staff and community is our highest priority and paramount. The team at TECHSPO is dedicated to ensuring a great experience at our in-person events, and that includes providing a safe, clean and hygienic environment for our delegates.
Some of the key areas we have implemented safe and hygienic measures at our in-person events at each venue include;
We kindly ask that all in-person attendees adhere to the safety procedures and guidelines below:
The TECHSPO staff will be wearing masks. We ask that attendees, exhibitors and sponsors wear a mask as well especially when moving between sessions and interacting with others.
Sanitation stations will be available throughout the event venue with hand sanitizers and wipes. Wash your hands often during the event. This is especially important after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating food.
We will be asking all attendees, staff, exhibitors and sponsors to avoid handshakes, hugs or fist bumps and adhere to a “no touch” policy. Elbow-bumps and footshakes welcome.
If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19 (such as fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath), have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event then you need to stay home and request a refund. If you don’t feel well, please stay home.
